On-Premise Contact Center Model
Like some clients especially in the banking sector have expressed a preference for due to the sensitive nature of their operations, we deploy sustainable and unmatched Contact Center Solutions at your facility in line with your unique requirements and provide you with the right technical support all the way.
Our model is to either directly manage and supervise any specific campaign a client wants us to undertake or, if the client desires, we provide all the manpower resource that the campaign requires and supply them to the client so the customer can have a say in the management of delivery on the assignment.
